BACK TO DICE PRODUCT SUPPORT

What is the display size of the viewing area?

The recommended projection viewing area size is 120 inches, however the WeMax Dice Smart Projector can display a picture of up to 200 inches.

The Auto Focus didn't initiate. How do I manually activate Auto Focus if the automated feature doesn’t sense it on its own?

Try picking up the projector from its position and moving it around to trigger the Auto Focus. If that doesn't work, go to Settings, Projector, Focus, and then the automatic focus will activate. From this screen, you can also manually adjust and fine-tune the focus using the left and right buttons on the remote.

Do I have to angle the device straight towards the wall, or can I project at an angle?

One of the many great features of the WeMax Smart Projector is that it corrects keystone of up to a 45° angle. Use the keystone correction to create the ideal display for the angle of broadcast.

To adjust the keystone, go to Settings, Projector, Keystone Correction. Use Rough Keystone Correction for larger angle corrections. Use Fine Keystone Correction for smaller picture adjustments.

How do I correct the keystone when I have to project at an angle?

Go to Settings, Projector, Keystone Correction. Choose Quick Adjustment for angle corrections and Fine Adjustment to adjust the shape of the display.

How do I reset the keystone correction back to the default?

Go to Settings, Projector, Keystone Correction. Select Reset.

How do I flip, invert, or modify the orientation of the display for mounting or other uses?

Go to Settings, Projector, Projection Method. Choose from the 4 options based on front or rear for both desktop placement or ceiling mounts.

Are there multiple image modes to optimize my viewing experience?

Yes, the WeMax Smart Projector has multiple image viewing modes.

From settings, go to Images, Image Modes, and then choose from one of the presets or customize according to user preferences.
