In the long term transportation, it's inevitable that uncontrollable circumstances will cause the transportation to be unable to be delivered in time. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, and the impact of the current COVID-19 may cause unexpected delays in packages. I hope that you can understand the helplessness caused by these uncontrollable factors. We will also get in touch with you at any time and let us know the details. Some carriers may not communicate with you on the phone and will directly deliver to your door or in your mailbox, if the delivery is not signed, it may be placed at the local post office and you need to call to confirm or go directly to collect it. Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wemax.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 5-10 business days.

For pre-sale orders, we can't accept a refund before the due date, which is one month at least. Because most of pre-sale products are the best-seller, we will only produce the quantity based on the pre-order amount. The moment you place the order, the order information is generated and pushed to our production system, it's not allowed to cancel the order when it's on the way to the local warehouse. You can only ask for return or refund after you tested the product. We will provide a free shipping label if it's caused by quality issues.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for US customers. For other countries, we will charge basesd on the weight of the products.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally speaking, it will take 2-10 days to get package for US customers and 10-15 days for international customers.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it's getting there. If you're located in US, we will provide free shipping. For international customers, you need to pay the shipping fee based on the weight of the product, which will be shown on the checkout page.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
