Keystone correction is a projector feature that allows you to point the lens toward the wall at an angle and adjust the image so that it displays in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The 4-point keystone correction feature helps you overcome angles from room limitations in a few ways.
The Keystone Correction Quick Adjustment feature is great for correcting large picture imbalances or when the lens needs to be rotated for a more balanced display. The Keystone Correction Fine Adjustment feature adds the extra touch to achieve the ideal image.
How do I manually adjust the keystone correction?Â
Point your projector towards the wall at an angle. From there:
- Go to Settings, select Projector, Keystone Correction.Â
- Begin with Quick Adjustment for large corrections, then use the Fine Adjustment to optimize the viewing area.Â
What else should I know about keystone correction?Â
It's helpful to know how to Reset the keystone correction. To do this:
- On your device, go to Settings, Projector, Keystone Correction.
- Navigate using the down button on your remote and select Reset.Â
