"The projector is high quality. It has a solid feel, opening and closing the lens cover is smooth, and the buttons have a good crisp travel when navigating the menu. The picture quality is astounding given the size of the device. 300 lumens doesn't sound that bring considering most home systems are 2000+ lumens, however It is easy to see a mid-size screen (55-ish inches) inside with full daylight coming into a room full of windows. When it is darker or at night, a larger 100+ inches screen looks great. The projector just seems brighter than the 300 lumen spec would indicate. Keystone correction works perfectly and navigating the menus is simple and intuitive."

What's the Shipment Policy?
Generally speaking, the lead day to deal with the product is 48 business hours, it will take 3-5 business days for US customers, 7-15 business days for others. We will ship with DHL/UPS/Fedex or Amazon Logistics. Tracking number will be updated within 2 business days in the backstage, keey an eye on the products, if it shown delivered but you didn't get it, please contact us within 24 hours via support@wemax.com.
How about the Return and Refund Policy?
You can ask for free return and full refund if it's caused by quality issue confirmed. You need to take a short video to show the issue to support@wemax.com first. After confirmed, you will get a return shipping label to return the product to local warehouse. It may take around one week to check the status of the product and issue the refund. For other reasons, you need to pay for the return shipping fee. If it's not suitable for second sale, we may charge 10% repackaging fee.
