Q1: Does it have a built-in battery? Is it rechargeable?

There is no built-in battery and it is not rechargeable.

Q2: Does it support 3D?

No, it does not support 3D.

Q3: What is the native resolution?

The native resolution is 1920*1080.

Q4: Does it support Dolby sound?

Yes, it supports DOLBY AUDIO and DTS-HD sound.

Q5: Which languages does it support?

It supports six languages: English, Spanish, French, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.

Q6: Can it be set to automatically shut down?

Yes, it supports setting an automatic shutdown time. Press the Power button on the remote control to open the menu and select Delay Power. There are four options for the delay time: 15min, 30min, 60min, and 120min.

Q7: How many built-in speakers does it have?

It has two 10W full-frequency speakers.

Q8: What is the contrast ratio of the projector?

The contrast ratio is 400:1.

Q9: Does it support dual voltage of 110-240V?

Yes. It supports a wide range of voltages. The adapter input is AC 100-120V/200-240V~50/60Hz 2.5A

Q10: Can the USB port of the projector charge my phone?

Yes. The USB port on the projector is primarily designed to power TV sticks, mobile hard drives, and other small-rated devices with an output of 5V-0.5A. While it is possible to charge a phone via the USB port, it may be slower than using a regular phone charger.

Q11: Does it support automatic horizontal keystone correction?

Yes, it supports automatic keystone correction (including horizontal and vertical directions).

Q12: What is the lifespan of the bulb? Can the bulb be replaced?

The projector uses LED beads as the light source, which has a theoretical lifespan of 30,000 hours. This means that it can be used for 4 hours every day for the next 20 years without requiring a lamp replacement. However, as the LED light source is integrated into the projector, it cannot be replaced separately.

Q13: Does the projector have an RJ45 Ethernet port?

Yes, it has one RJ45 Ethernet port.

Q14: Does it have Google Assistant? How to set it up?

Sorry, It does not support voice assistants.

Q15: How many HDMI ports are there? Is there an ARC HDMI?

There are two HDMI2.1 ports, and one of them supports HDMI ARC.

Q16: What is the projection distance and projection size of the projector?

The projector has a throw ratio of 1.1:1, and produces a screen size up to 200 inches. Here are some reference throw distance for common projection size:

Q17: Does it support suspended installation? Can it be installed on the ceiling?

Yes, it can be suspended installed, and the bracket thread size is 1/4”-20 in Imperial units. However, due to its heavy weight, we do not recommend suspended installation for safety reasons.

Q18: Can it be installed on a tripod? What type of tripod do you recommend?

Yes, it can be installed on a tripod, and the bracket thread size is 1/4”-20 in Imperial units. The type of tripod depends on the usage scenario, whether it's a desktop or floor tripod. We recommend using our tripod's brand and model.

Q19: Do I need a special screen, or can I only project on the wall?

You can project the image directly onto a white wall, but for optimal picture quality, it is

recommended to use a long-focus projection screen.

Q20: Can I connect my iPhone through an HDMI cable?

The system supports wireless screen mirroring for iOS, and also supports wired screen mirroring using a lighting to HDMI adapter.

Q21: Does the projector support Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and Hulu?

The Vogue Pro projector runs on the FengOS system and supports popular streaming media platforms like Netflix (only pad version), Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, and HBO. Please note that due to regional limitations, it may not be possible to search for the required app in the built-in app store or find the latest version of the app in the store. However, you can install a third-party app store and search for the app to download or download the apk file and transfer it to a USB flash drive, which you can connect and then install to the projector.


Q22: Is there a remote control code that can be used with a universal remote control?

Unfortunately, the remote control code is not supported. However, you can purchase the same remote control on our official website.

Q23: Can I connect an Apple TV to the projector?

Yes, you can connect Apple TV, Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Roku, and other mainstream TV sticks through the HDMI port.

Q24: Does it support AirPlay? How can I use it?

To use AirPlay, please follow these steps:

1.Connect both your phone and the projector to the same Wi-Fi network.

2.Click on Desktop > Cast Projection > iOS Projection.

3.Open the screen mirroring function on your phone and select the device name to connect.

Q25: What is the system capacity? RAM capacity?

It has 2GB RAM + 32GB ROM.

Q26: Does it have a digital zoom feature that allows zooming in or out without moving the projector?

Yes, it supports 60-100% screen zoom. To use this feature, go to desktop > Setting > Image > Screen zoom. After zooming the screen, you can use screen shift to adjust the screen position.

Q27: How to manually activate auto focus feature if it does not work?

If the auto focus does not work, you can activate it manually by going to Setting > Projector > Focus > Execute Focus. Once the auto focus is completed, you can use the left and right buttons to fine-tune it.

Q28: What is the operating system of the projector and does it support Google Play Store?

The projector runs on FengOS and does not support Google Play Store. However, it has a built-in Aptoide app store, and you can also download third-party app stores on your own.

Q29: How do I set the language?

Go to Setting > System > Language

Q30: How do I set the sound setting?

Go to Setting > System > Sound. From there, you can turn on/off Key-tone or adjust Sound effect and output.

Q31: How do I switch signal sources?

Go to main interfaces > Inputs. From there, you can choose HDMI or USB.

Q32: How do I adjust image modes?

There are two ways to adjust the image modes:

1.On the main interface, go to Settings > Image > Image Parameters. You can then choose from Standard, Movie, Child, Showy, Sport, or Custom modes.

2.If you have an HDMI device connected and have selected the corresponding HDMI source, go to Inputs > select the corresponding HDMI source > press the Menu key on the remote control > Image Parameters. You can then select from Standard, Movie, Child, Showy, Sport, Display, Game, or Custom modes.

The image settings under these two modes are independent of each other.

Q33: How do I adjust brightness/contrast?

On the main interface, go to Setting > Image > Image Parameters > Custom. You can adjust brightness and contrast from there.

Q34: How do I check the storage space?

On the main interface, Go to Setting > About > Storage space 

Q35: How to clear the app cache?

Clearing the app cache is not supported, but you can clear running background apps. To do so, press the Home button twice to bring up the menu. From there, select "Clean up all" to close all running apps . Or you can choose a specific app and press the remote control button to clean a specific app.

Q36: How to connect to Wi-Fi?

To connect to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Network Settings > Wireless Network 

Q37: How to pair Bluetooth devices?

Set your Bluetooth speaker into pairing mode and then go to Settings > Interconnection > Bluetooth > Select the name of the device you want to connect > Connect

No, it does not support zoom meeting.

Q40: Is it possible to access the Google Play Store?

No, the Google Play Store is not supported on this device.

Q41: Can I sync apps from my Google account to this device?

Unfortunately, syncing apps from a Google account is not supported on this device.
