What's the return and refund policy?
You can ask for free return and full refund if it's caused by quality issue confirmed. You need to take a short video to show the issue to support@wemax.com first. After confirmed, you will get a return shipping label to return the product to local warehouse. It may take around one week to check the status of the product and issue the refund. For other reasons, you need to pay for the return shipping fee. If it's not suitable for second sale, we may charge 10% repackaging fee.
