  • How do I force close an app?

    Go to Settings, Apps, then select the app. Choose Force Stop.

  • How do I clear the data, cache, or default storage for a particular app?

    Go to Settings, Apps, then select the app. From there, you will see options including Clear Data, Clear Cache, or Clear Defaults.

  • How do I enable or disable notifications for a particular app?

    Go to Settings, Apps,  select the app, then navigate down to the Notifications enable/disable button near the bottom. 

  • How do I manage my app permissions?

    There are (2) ways to manage app permissions:

    1.  Go to Settings, Apps, then navigate down to App permissions. From there, you can view permissions by the following features: Body Sensors, Calendar, Call logs, Camera, Contacts, Location, Microphone, Phone, SMS, or Storage.
    2.  Go to Settings, Apps, then select the particular app you want to modify permissions. From the particular app menu, navigate down to the very bottom and select Permissions to see the list of devices enabled/disabled for the particular app.

  • How do I check for system update?

    Go to Settings, Device Preferences, About, System Update, then select Check For Update. 

  • How do I change the device name?

    Go to Settings, Device Preferences, About, Device Name, then select Change. 

  • How do I restart the device?

    There are several ways to restart your device:

    1. Press and hold the power button either on the projector or your remote. From the options, select Restart. 
    2. Go to Settings, Device Preferences, About, Restart, then select Restart.
